We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a quiet residential area just outside the city was perfect for us. We were able to easily access the city center with the express bus and other local routes. Furthermore, there was a small store around the corner, which was convenient for buying snacks and drinks. Additionally, the airport was only around 20 minutes away, making our travel hassle-free.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Red Village was a hidden gem on the outskirts of Astana. The clean rooms and modern facilities made for a comfortable stay. Despite the slight difficulty in finding the hotel, the value for money and friendly staff made up for it. The hotel's location, just a taxi ride away from the town centre, was convenient for exploring. I would definitely recommend the Red Village for its great value and pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel is modern and clean, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The staff is friendly and always keen to help you with everything you may need. One of the best aspects is the breakfast, which has a good variety of fresh and tasty food. The location is also quite convenient, as it is close to public transport and a nice park, making it easy to explore the city.
Although the hotel is generally quiet, the walls of the rooms are quite thin, allowing you to hear some noise from the other rooms. the location is a bit outside of the city center, meaning that some sights may take a bit longer to reach.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was fantastic - with a comfortable bed and large, clean bathroom equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was also great, and the location was perfect - close to a beautiful park and only 20 minutes away from the center of the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch.
Nothing it was perfect.

I spent Christmas at a hotel that had very clean and comfortable rooms. the staff was friendly and welcoming. They even had a free breakfast, which was surprisingly good. the location was also nice, as I was able to easily explore the local area.
The hotel was a bit far from the city center and I had to take taxis, which added up over time. there was no gym or swimming pool, which was a bit disappointing.
